Receita para 12 panquecas pequenas
Tempo de preparação 20 minutos

 INGREDIENTES
110g farinha
1 ovo
1 c. sopa açúcar
150 ml leite
1 c. chá essência de baunilha
1 c. café fermento em pó

 PREPARAÇÃO
Juntar todos os ingredientes e mexer bem.
Aquecer uma frigideira, pincelar com um pouco de óleo e colocar cerca de 2 c. sopa da massa, muito lentamente.
Deixar alourar e virar cuidadosamente. Repetir até a massa acabar.
Servir com mel e framboesas ou com a sua compota preferida.

DICA
Se preferir, bata a clara em castelo para obter uma massa mais fofa e alta.
