Ingredientes:
1 base de massa folhada enrolada
2 gemas
1/2 L leite
4 c. sopa açúcar
2 c. sopa farinha
1 c. sopa maizena
1 c. café essência baunilha
casca de 1/2 limão
canela q.b.
Preparação:
Proteger 8 formas com papel vegetal.
Dividir a massa folhada em 8 partes iguais e preencher as formas.
Encher as formas com feijão (para a massa não levantar) e levar ao forno a 180ºC durante 10 minutos.
Retirar o feijão e reservar.
Levar ao lume os restantes ingredientes até ferver, de modo a engrossar o creme.
Preencher as forminhas com o creme e levar de novo ao forno até dourar.
Polvilhar com canela.
